Ria Boss Brings "Mother May" to La Ceiba Festival
We are thrilled to announce our featured artist for the May sessions of La Ceiba Festival. RIA BOSS is a Ghanaian-Burkinabé soul singer, songwriter, teacher, healer and herbalist. Born in London, this multidisciplinary artist sprouted her wings through childhood in Ghana, found flight at the age of 18 in New York City, found healing in Los Angeles, and has firmly planted her feet back in her hometown of Accra.
Ria Boss’ work centers on “reaffirming our love to ourselves, owning our divine feminine power and embracing thoughtful connections with the women who came before us.” For La Ceiba Festival, Ria will share spirit-lifting experiences live from Ghana on three consecutive Thursdays in “Mother May.”
