Join us next Wednesday, March 31st at 7:30 PM (IST)/ 9 AM (EST), for our 6th South-Asia alumni gathering discussing if a suffocating work environment catalyzes one’s inner growth?

Ms. Ankita Goyal, a young CSP alumnus (2019) will share a piece of her journey of inner transformation and growth. It is the account of her journey of growth to a change-catalyst.

My story might resonate or even be relevant for all who are struggling to realize their best potential in the conventional third sector/social sector/development sector/voluntary sector.
— Ankita Goyal

Her experience has the potential of helping someone who relates to any of this: conventional jobs, hopelessness, data, meaningless numbers, loss of purpose, domination of someone with a misplaced purpose, suppression of others’ existence, fear of losing job, pain of staying in one and inability to resign owing to the fact that other places might not be very different either, losing self.

Do you feel your work environment limits you to give your best to the communities you work for? Join us and discuss how you feel about your journey and struggles with your job.

Hope you can join us!
