Today launches the 5th annual Afrikana Independent Film Festival, Sept. 17 - 20th. Founded by Enjoli Moon, this incredible Richmond institution has been a beacon of light by consistently lifting up the brilliance of global Black cinema, arts, performance and culture over the last 5 years. Initiatives of Change USA is honored to be a partner of the festival two years in a row.
